Paint Finish

Our painting process utilizes high-quality, environmentally friendly coatings compatible with various substrates including metal and acrylic. The comprehensive workflow encompasses pretreatment, precision spraying, high-temperature baking, controlled curing, and a protective clear coat. We offer Pantone color matching and maintain strict control over film thickness and environmental conditions. This approach ensures consistent results for both standardized production and custom projects, delivering exceptional aesthetics and long-term durability.
Aged Finishing Process
Our distinctive "blackening-before-aging" technique begins with chemical blackening to create a stable base layer on the metal surface. This is followed by meticulous hand-polishing to highlight contours and edges, finishing with application of a tinted protective coating. This methodology produces an aged effect that develops from within the material, preserving the metal's inherent character while building natural, time-earned layers. Compared to conventional sprayed-on aging paints, our process delivers superior authenticity in patina development and increases abrasion resistance by threefold. Each piece reveals naturally evolved textures that emerge from within the material itself, bearing unique artisan markings that tell their own distinctive story.
Anodizing Process

Our anodizing technology serves as a core surface treatment for aluminum signage, forming a protective oxide layer on the substrate through electrolysis. This process achieves both decorative appeal and protective functionality, supporting custom color options while delivering exceptional hardness and premium texture. It remains the preferred finishing solution for high-end metal signage.
UV Printing Process
Our UV printing employs ultraviolet curing technology, utilizing precision printheads to apply specialized inks directly onto material surfaces, with instant curing achieved through UV exposure. This process is compatible with various substrates including metal, glass, acrylic, and wood, capable of accurately reproducing high-definition images, gradient colors, and intricate details. It delivers sharp-edged patterns, is eco-friendly and odorless, and complies with green production standards. Ideal for creating customized signage, artistic decorative panels, and small-batch high-end nameplates, it breaks through the material and technical limitations of traditional printing.
